I am
going to keep the writing to a minimum this week and mainly add photos.
· It was a
good week – we repeated some favourite recipes
· Curried Eggs - are such a good item, lots of student participation and always popular
· Pasta with Vegetable Sauce - a great way to be able to include whatever is
harvested or donated – the sugarsnap pea sauce was really delicious!
· Salad of the Imagination – again a
good way to include whatever we have available
· Pumpkin and Spinach Salad – one of
our regular favorites and we have lots of home grown pumpkins at the moment
· Pizza of
the Imagination – and more opportunity to use what is available – we were
give lots of capsicums this week so roasted them and used them on pizzas; we
also had lots of our own tomatoes and basil to use.
· We will
be repeating these recipes next week.
